BudgetMonitor stores the household, account, transaction, category, budget, savings-goal and loan data you enter, and settings, locally on your device. They are used for calculations, reports and functions you choose. The development version presented here requires no account with the operator and includes no advertising or analytics SDKs and no automatic transmission of these entries to us.
Storage, export and deletion
App data remain until you remove them using app deletion or system functions. Export and backup write files to your chosen location; import and restore read selected files. Sharing files or choosing a cloud folder gives your selected recipients or storage services access. Operating-system backups may also contain app data, depending on your system settings and the provider’s rules. Deletion inside the app does not remove exports, backups or previously shared files. We have no remote access to local data and cannot restore or delete them for you.
Scope and release
These notices describe the development version presented on this website. The app has not yet been released in a store. There are currently no purchases on this website. If you later install through a store, its operator processes data under its own privacy notice. Visits to this website are also covered by the separate website privacy notice.
Email support
When you contact rvs.software.support@gmail.com, we process your email address, message and voluntary details to answer your request. Do not send passwords, full backups or personal financial data. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in answering enquiries. Resolved ordinary support requests are deleted manually six months after closure. Correspondence subject to statutory retention remains for the required period; information needed for legal claims remains until the matter is resolved. The email link opens your own email application; visiting a page alone sends no message.
Email provider and transfers
We use Google Gmail for the support mailbox. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, is responsible for EEA users. Google processes messages; data may also be transferred to the USA and other countries. Google cites the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for transfers to certified Google LLC and EU standard contractual clauses where applicable for further transfers. Your rights
Contact us at the email or postal address above. Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). Any consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly LDI Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany, poststelle@ldi.nrw.de. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling. Support details are voluntary; without contact details and an issue description we may be unable to answer.
