Hosting and server logs
apps.von-schlegell.com is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, on servers in Germany. IP address, request time, requested file, response status, browser information and, where supplied, the referring page are processed to deliver pages and detect attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure, reliable operation. STRATO processes these data as hosting provider. STRATO states that IP addresses for attack detection are retained for no more than seven days; IP addresses in the access logs provided to customers are anonymised.
Language, cookies and external content
The page code sets no cookies and uses no local browser storage. The main entry address checks your browser language on your device and redirects to German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Polish; otherwise English is shown. A manually selected language address takes precedence. Fonts, images and scripts are loaded from our hosting. There are no analytics or advertising services, embedded social networks, contact forms or file uploads. External links connect to their destination only when opened.
Email support
When you contact rvs.software.support@gmail.com, we process your email address, message and voluntary details to answer your request. Do not send passwords, full backups or personal financial data. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in answering enquiries. Resolved ordinary support requests are deleted manually six months after closure. Correspondence subject to statutory retention remains for the required period; information needed for legal claims remains until the matter is resolved. The email link opens your own email application; visiting a page alone sends no message.
Email provider and transfers
We use Google Gmail for the support mailbox. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, is responsible for EEA users. Google processes messages; data may also be transferred to the USA and other countries. Google cites the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for transfers to certified Google LLC and EU standard contractual clauses where applicable for further transfers. Your rights
Contact us at the email or postal address above. Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). Any consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly LDI Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany, poststelle@ldi.nrw.de. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling. Support details are voluntary; without contact details and an issue description we may be unable to answer.
